It began with a piece of land and a floor plan.
After buying property in Northern California, the floor plan was drawn and the first home was built over 18 months of days off. The work included framing, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and finish work, with only the drywall contracted out.
Several full remodels followed. After retirement from the fire department, that experience became a local business built to serve families and give back for generations.
